Your questions answered.

Most workshops operate on a drop-in basis — just turn up and join! However, some popular sessions (such as the tea ceremony and Yukata dressing experience) have limited capacity and we recommend arriving early to secure a spot. A small number of premium workshops may offer advance booking through the festival app. Check the app once it's live closer to the festival for full workshop schedules and any bookable sessions.

Activity timings vary slightly each day of the festival to ensure fresh content and different experiences across all four days. The schedule shown on this page is a representative example.
