Ticket FAQs

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the festival (by July 15, 2026) with a small processing fee. After that date, tickets are non-refundable but are fully transferable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Your e-ticket with a unique QR code will be sent to your email address within minutes of purchase. You can also access it any time via your account dashboard. Mobile tickets are accepted at all gates — you do not need to print.

No printing required. Simply show your QR code on your smartphone screen at the entrance gate. Our scanners work with all screen types and brightness levels. We do recommend downloading your ticket in advance in case of connectivity issues at the venue.

General admission tickets are linked to your ticket QR code only — no ID check required. VIP tickets and alcohol purchases within the venue require age verification (20+ in Japan). Please carry a valid government-issued ID or passport if you are attending VIP areas.

Yes, tickets are transferable. You can reassign your ticket to another person at any time through your account dashboard before the event. Simply enter their name and email address to send them the updated ticket. There is no charge for ticket transfers.
