Tickets & Purchasing

Tickets are available exclusively online at sakurapulsefest.com/tickets. Simply choose your ticket type, enter your details, and complete payment. You'll receive an instant e-ticket by email — no waiting, no printing required. Just show your QR code at the gate.

Yes! Each ticket can be transferred once via our ticket management portal. Log in with your order email, select the ticket you wish to transfer, and enter the recipient's details. The new holder will receive a fresh e-ticket. Transfers are free of charge and must be completed at least 48 hours before the festival.

A very limited number of tickets may be available for purchase at the gate, but we strongly recommend buying online in advance to guarantee your entry. Walk-up tickets are sold at a higher price and are subject to availability — previous years have sold out entirely before the festival weekend.

Don't panic! Contact our support team at info@joyfulcraftspace.com with your order number and the email address used at purchase. We can reissue your e-ticket to your email. For on-the-day issues, visit the Ticket Help Desk at the main entrance.

Yes — tickets are fully refundable up to 30 days before the first day of the festival (July 15, 2026) with a 10% administration fee deducted from the refund. After this date, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred. See our full Refund Policy for details including extenuating circumstances.

Absolutely! Single-day passes are available for all four days: August 14, 15, 16, and 17. Each day pass grants full access to all stages and general facilities for that day. Check our Day Passes page for pricing and availability. Day passes sell out faster than weekend passes, so book early!

We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (Japanese domestic bank transfers available). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Payments are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

A small service fee of ¥300–¥600 per ticket applies to all online bookings. This helps cover payment processing and ticketing system costs. The fee amount depends on the ticket type and is always clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase — no hidden charges.

Attending the Festival

Gates open at 10:00 AM every day (August 14–17). Last entry is at 11:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to avoid peak-time queues — especially on Friday and Saturday. Wristband collection desks are open from 9:00 AM to allow early collection before gates open.

Joyful Craft Space is open to all ages. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Attendees aged 13–17 must have a guardian consent form signed and submitted before the event — this can be downloaded from our website. Some late-night sets (after 10 PM) may be restricted to 18+. Alcohol is only available to those 20+ (Japanese law).

We encourage you to bring: sunscreen (SPF 50+ recommended for 東大阪市 summer), a reusable water bottle (free refill stations throughout site), comfortable walking/standing shoes, a light rain poncho or jacket, valid photo ID, your e-ticket, cash and cards. Full packing advice on our What to Pack guide.

The following items are NOT permitted on site: professional cameras with detachable lenses, glass containers of any kind, drones or unmanned aerial vehicles, animals (except registered assistance/service dogs with documentation), illegal substances, fireworks or flares, laser pointers, large umbrellas, and any items deemed dangerous by security. Prohibited items will be confiscated at the gate.

Yes! Re-entry is permitted throughout the day with your wristband. When exiting, visit the re-entry desk to receive a hand stamp alongside your wristband check. Both must be present on return. Wristbands are fitted on first entry and must remain on for the duration of your ticket period. Do not remove or cut your wristband.

We take food allergies seriously. Many of our 50+ vendors offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and halal options. A complete food vendor map including allergen information will be available to download from our app and website, and printed maps are available at the gate information desks. Please always check directly with vendors about allergen content before purchasing.

Venue & Getting There

Joyful Craft Space takes place at 東大阪市 Bay Waterfront Arena, 東大阪市. The nearest train station is Telecom Center on the Yurikamome Line (approx. 5-minute walk). See our full Venue page and Getting There guide for transport options including festival shuttle buses from Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Harajuku.

A limited number of paid parking spaces are available on-site (pre-booking required, available as an add-on at checkout). However, we strongly encourage all attendees to use public transport — it's faster, cheaper, and helps us meet our environmental goals. Festival shuttle buses run every 20 minutes from Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Harajuku stations. Details on our Getting There page.

Yes! On-site camping is available for weekend pass holders and is a fantastic way to experience the full festival. The campsite is a 10-minute walk from the main gates. Various camping options are available from basic tent pitches to glamping setups. Visit our Camping page for full details and to add camping to your booking.

Yes — there are 5 ATMs located throughout the festival site: two near the main entrance, one each near the East and West stages, and one in the food village area. These accept most international debit and credit cards. We recommend withdrawing cash before the festival to avoid queues at peak times.

Accessibility

Yes, Joyful Craft Space is fully wheelchair accessible. The venue features paved pathways throughout, dedicated wheelchair viewing platforms at all four stages, accessible toilet facilities, and trained accessibility stewards on hand to assist. For additional support or to pre-arrange assistance, please contact us at info@joyfulcraftspace.com before the event. See our full Accessibility page.

Yes. We have designated Quiet & Sensory Zones located away from the stage areas, providing a calm, low-stimulation environment for attendees who need a break from the crowds or noise. These areas include seating, shade, and free ear defenders. They are open throughout festival hours and staffed by trained well-being volunteers.

Absolutely. Complimentary carer tickets are available for registered disabled attendees who require a personal assistant to attend with them. To apply, purchase your own ticket and then contact us with proof of disability (e.g., PIP award letter, CEA card, or equivalent). Carer tickets are also available at a significantly reduced price for those who prefer a formal carer ticket. Full details on our Accessibility page.

VIP & Upgrades

Yes! VIP upgrades are available subject to availability. Log in to your account at sakurapulsefest.com, go to your order, and select "Upgrade to VIP." You'll only pay the price difference. Upgrades can also be purchased at the VIP desk on site on the day of the event. We recommend upgrading online in advance as VIP allocations are limited.

VIP tickets include: access to all VIP viewing areas at every stage, dedicated VIP entrance with no queuing, exclusive VIP lounge with premium bar and complimentary welcome drink, VIP-only artisan food vendors, dedicated toilet facilities, private charging stations, and an exclusive SPF 2026 gift bag. See our VIP page for the complete breakdown of every package tier.

Yes. VIP ticket holders have access to dedicated VIP gates on the east side of the main entrance plaza. These gates are specifically for VIP, Ultra VIP, and Artist Access Pass holders, meaning minimal queuing even at peak arrival times. Your wristband colour will indicate your access level to security and stewards.
