The VIP Village at Joyful Craft Space is a luxurious retreat within the festival. Spanning over 3,000 square metres, it features air-conditioned lounge spaces, private dining pavilions, manicured outdoor seating areas, and VIP-only viewing decks.

Each afternoon, VIP holders are invited to exclusive artist Q&A sessions — intimate conversations with select performers before they take the stage. Limited to 50 attendees per session.

The VIP Day Pass covers one day of your choice and includes lounge access, front-of-stage viewing, 2 complimentary drinks, private restrooms, and VIP parking. The VIP Festival Pass covers all 4 days and adds gourmet meals, VIP camping, an exclusive merchandise gift bag, unlimited drinks, a VIP shuttle service, and a personal concierge host throughout the festival.

Yes, upgrades are available subject to VIP availability. Log into your account dashboard and select "Upgrade Ticket." You'll pay only the difference in price between your current ticket and the VIP tier. We recommend upgrading well in advance as VIP allocations are strictly limited.

VIP areas are restricted to guests aged 20 and over, in line with Japanese alcohol licensing laws. A valid government-issued ID or passport will be required at the VIP entrance. Guests under 20 may not enter VIP areas under any circumstances, including those accompanying a VIP ticket holder.

Meet & greet opportunities are available exclusively to Backstage Ultimate holders. You will receive a pre-festival communication confirming which artists are participating and the schedule for each day. Sessions are intimate and limited to small groups. Photography is permitted — professional photography equipment (detachable lens cameras) requires advance registration.
